This year, we expanded our services and even rolled out a new feature to customers—Guru Assist—that puts industry experts at your fingertips by allowing customers to chat directly with former auditors, engineers, and subject matter experts.
For yet another quarter, Greenlight Guru was awarded Best Relationship, Best Support, Best Results, Most Implementable, and Fast Implementation. This quarter, Greenlight Guru ranked seven points above the category average in Quality of Support, six points above the category average in Customer Support, and four points above the average in Professional Services. These scores also outranked the nearest competitor in all previously mentioned categories, further proving that our Guru Edge sets Greenlight Guru apart from other QMS offerings.

Ready to Grow
Growth was the theme of 2022 at Greenlight Guru. With our acquisitions of CanvasGT and SMART-TRIAL, we were able to expand our product offerings to further support companies through important activities such as evolutionary design and clinical data collection throughout the medical device lifecycle.
Milestones like this helped us add another new badge to our collection this quarter: European Leader. We are proud of our ability to support customers globally. Due to our dedicated European resources to support our global customers—from UK-based Gurus to extended support hours—Greenlight Guru ranks nearly twenty points higher than the nearest competitor in terms of regional presence in Europe. We look forward to serving global customers that choose Greenlight Guru as their trusted QMS partner.
Once again, Greenlight Guru was also selected as a Momentum Leader based on G2 reviews. In addition to customer satisfaction ratings, the Momentum Leader scores are determined based on a proprietary algorithm that G2 has deemed influential in a company’s momentum. How Does G2 Choose Category Leaders?
In order to be placed in the Leader quadrant in the Grid® Report, solutions must be rated highly by G2 users and have substantial Satisfaction and Market Presence scores. Satisfaction scores consider multiple factors including product areas such as: ease of use, ease of admin, ease of setup, and if a product meets user requirements as well as customer experience factors including ease of doing business with and quality of support.
The positioning of companies within the G2 Grid is determined by a combination of the Satisfaction and Market Presence scores—combined to create the proprietary G2 Score—based on the feedback provided by customers. In the QMS category, Greenlight Guru’s G2 score came in three points higher than the nearest competitor and eleven points higher than the same competitive product in the Medical Device QMS category - further confirming that Greenlight Guru is the most purpose-built solution, specifically for medical device companies.
This is Greenlight Guru’s 17th consecutive quarter in the Leader position for the QMS category and our 6th quarter named as a Leader for the Medical QMS category. In collaboration with the G2 research team, Greenlight Guru assisted in the creation of this new software category so that medical device companies seeking an eQMS platform could select a platform suited to industry needs.
