Greenlight Guru Yet Again Ranked as a Leader in QMS and Medical QMS Categories in G2 Fall 2023 Grid Reports

The leaves may be starting to change, but one thing you can count on staying the same is G2 ranking Greenlight Guru as a Leader in both the QMS and Medical QMS Grid® Reports.

That makes 20 consecutive quarters that Greenlight Guru has been named a Leader in the QMS category and nine consecutive quarters that we’ve been a Leader in the Medical QMS category.

In total, Greenlight Guru earned 31 badges in G2’s Fall 2023 reports for everything from exceptional implementation to our relationships with our customers. G2 changed its algorithm last spring, but our rankings in their software assessments (and our glowing customer reviews) haven’t changed a bit.

Let’s take a look at some of the highlights.

Leading the way in purpose-built solutions

Once again, Greenlight Guru was named a Leader in both the QMS and Medical QMS categories, and took the #1 spot in Medical QMS Grid® Report. 

We love to see these results because it shows us that our relentless focus on the MedTech industry has paid off. In fact, we were ranked 13 points higher than our nearest competitor in the Medical QMS Grid® Report.

Greenlight Guru was also ranked #1 in three key areas in the Medical QMS space:

• Best Results (1.72 month faster go-live time than category average)

• Best Relationship (14 points higher than category average)

• Most Implementable (10 points higher than category average)

On top of that, Greenlight Guru was again ranked #1 in the Momentum Grid® Report for Medical QMS. Our clean sweep of the Medical QMS Grid Reports comes as no surprise, but it’s nice to see experienced MedTech professionals confirm what we already know—Greenlight Guru is purpose-built for MedTech companies. 

Helping MedTech Companies Across the Globe 

G2 has also begun ranking for different geographic areas, and as a global company with customers all over the world, it’s no surprise that Greenlight Guru placed in several of these indexes.

Greenlight Guru was named a Leader in the following geographic categories:

• EMEA 

• Europe 

• Americas 

Our investments in the European market, such as hiring UK-based team-members and holding extended support hours to accommodate different time zones have paid off, and we look forward to serving more global customers who continue to choose Greenlight Guru as their trusted QMS partner. 

But we’re not forgetting about all our great customers at home, either. While we continue to serve a global customer base, it’s worth noting that in the Americas Medical QMS Grid® Report, Greenlight Guru scored 21 points higher than the second-place finisher.

How Does G2 Choose Category Leaders?

In order to be placed in the Leader quadrant in the Grid® Report, solutions must be rated highly by G2 users and have substantial Satisfaction and Market Presence scores. Satisfaction scores consider multiple factors, including product areas such as: ease of use, ease of admin, ease of setup, and if a product meets user requirements as well as customer experience factors, including ease of doing business with and quality of support.

The positioning of companies within the G2 Grid is determined by a combination of the Satisfaction and Market Presence scores—combined to create the proprietary G2 Score—based on the feedback provided by customers.
